This is our 2nd year teaming up with Franklin Park Conservatory to brew a beer to raise funds to support the conservatory’s mission. Yeast for this brew was collected from the community gardens of Franklin Park. In addition to a wild yeast collection, this beer is fermented with our standard yeast strain, and brewed with tart cherries, a nod to the annual cherry blossoming at the park.
