Seventh Son is the collective work of Collin Castore, Jen Burton, and Travis Spencer. We have been friends since 8th grade and are now enjoying the opportunity to work together on one of our favorite subjects, beer. We all have different areas of expertise but share a strong work ethic and a belief that a culture of great beer in Columbus will bring great things to Columbus and to our small corner of Italian Village.
An equally important part of our team is Head Brewer Colin Vent who brings an intense desire to brew and to learn more about the craft of brewing to Seventh Son. Colin is now assisted by a new member of our team, Max Lachowyn, who brings a great enthusiasm, great ideas and a solid work ethic to our crew.
