Events at Seventh Son Brewing

Thank you for choosing Seventh Son for your upcoming event! Our exceptional staff, delicious beers, and beautiful event spaces perfectly compliment a wide range of gatherings. Please read the following info and submit the rental request form below.

The Event Room (Main Level):

Our Event Room located on the main level is available for private events daily. The space has a suggested 20 guest minimum/65 max. The room seats 48 guests at the tables proper, and closer to 55-60 including additional seating found throughout the room.

The Sunroom (Second Floor):

The second floor Sunroom is available for an array of special events. We most often host weddings, holiday parties, and corporate events upstairs. There is a suggested 75 guest minimum/150 guest maximum.

The rental fee and bar tab minimums depend on the date and time frame. Please note that rental fee pricing ranges from $1500-$5000, and there is a bar tab minimum requirement as well.

RENTAL FEE PAYMENT

Venmo is preferred for rental fees, but can also be paid with cash, card or check. State tax is added on all rental fees at checkout.

Event Room (Main Level): There is a 2 hour rental minimum Monday-Thursday and a 1 hour setup time is included, but there is not time allotted for cleanup/clear-out on the back end. There is a 3 hour rental minimum Friday-Sunday and a 1 hour setup time is included, but there is not time allotted for cleanup/clear-out on the back end.

DRINKS

No outside beverages of any kind are permitted. Although craft beer and Kitty Paw hard seltzer is our focus, we also offer a full bar including craft cocktails, wine, craft n/a cocktails, soda, coffee, etc. We also keep a water station in the event space. We do not have servers, so guests order and are served from the bar. You can discuss hiring a server for your event with Monica. We don’t offer kegs, pitchers, cans, etc. There is no bar tab minimum or requirement to have a group/event tab, however you are welcome to start a tab for your event. Drink tickets or wristbands are available upon request. Monica can help you navigate your options.

CATERING

Outside food/catering is permitted. We suggest working with one of our regularly scheduled food trucks. Please note that Seventh Son does not have a kitchen, prep space, storage, freezer, or catering staff. If you are bringing in outside catering we encourage them to contact us and/or visit our space so they can plan accordingly if necessary.

Please make sure that all food, food-related supplies, décor, etc. is put into the provided trash cans or removed from the building by the end of the scheduled event time. Guests are responsible for set up, clean up, plates, utensils, etc. Please aim to leave nothing behind as Seventh Son is not responsible for storing forgotten items.

PARKING

Parking in our lot is limited and is first come first serve. There is ample street parking. Please follow the parking information on the street signs. There is some permit only parking in the neighborhood, but most parking is 3-hour parking. There are some areas that require payment using the Park Columbus app.

*Additionally, Fox in the Snow allows our guests to use their parking lot, located at 1031 N 4th Street, after 5pm only, but no overnight parking.

*Street parking and other parking that is not on our property is subject to change.

MUSIC

No outside music, speakers (i.e., Bluetooth or otherwise), DJs, karaoke, etc. is permitted unless Monica notes otherwise. The bartenders have control of the music volume for the event space and can help you adjust the volume if needed.

Seventh Son is a production brewery and we have brewing apparatus located in the main level event room. We are constantly evolving all of our spaces and slight changes in our layout will occur over time. We will inform you if any changes occur that could effect capacity or interfere with your event.
