No one will ever appreciate the ceiling as much as we do. It took 5 coats of paint on 5500 sqft of ceiling (including 2 coats of premium kilz) to cover up decades of garage grease and roof leaks. Our new storefront also went in during the late summer and started to give us some hope that the building was shaping up.
